Group Exercise Schedule

ABS: Tone that six-pack with this power-packed 30 minute core class! Focus on strengthening the abdominals and the lower back while utilizing resistance equipment such as stability balls, medicine balls, the BOSU and more!    

Aqua Sculpt/ABS: Strengthen and tone in the pool! Training major muscle groups while exercising in the water increases strength and core control while decreasing the impact of traditional exercises. (Classes offered Spring/Summer)  

Boot Camp: (EXTRA FEE) - Taught by a personal trainer, Boot Camp will increase cardiovascular and muscle strength and endurance in a small-group setting. Get ready to work hard and see results!
 
Butts n' Guts: This 30 minute class is designed to target the abs, core and everything below! This class is a unique blend of exercises ranging from squats and lunges to abdominal and core strengthening methods-sure to deliver great results!
 
Fuego: Formerly Zumba, nothing's changed but the name. Fuego is a non -stop cardio dance mix of Latin dance and hip hop. Shimmy, shake and sweat your way through an amazing workout! 
 
Jui Jitsu: Utilizes all forms of grappling techniques to disarm an opponent.  All levels welcome.
 
Interval: Combines intervals of cardio and strength training to burn calories more effectively and get faster results. Uses a variety of equipment including the BOSU and medicine balls, free weights, Gliding Discs and body bars. 
 
Kettle Bells: (EXTRA FEE) - Taught by a personal trainer this class uses a centuries-old Russian training technique to increase muscle strength and stamina, and burn fat. Kettle bell training requires full body integration and core stabilization.
 
Kickboxing: This high energy, high impact class will get your heart pumping using combinations of basic kicks and punches for a butt-kicking total body workout. 
 
Lift: (EXTRA FEE) - For those looking to tone up and get fit, this head-to-toe strength training workout will do the trick. Focus is on all major muscle groups using the group strength equipment%u2014all levels welcome. Exercises will progress over each session to reach participants' strength training goals. 
 
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): MMA will take a look at effective striking, grappling, throwing, and various  strategies in martial arts. A safe environment will be maintained at all times. This is an instructor-led class motivated by student involvement and contribution. Bag drills, footwork and conditioning are a part of every class. 
 
Muay Thai: Uses stand up striking along with various clinching techniques. Learn to effectively make use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes using Thai shields, focus mitts and boxing gloves. All levels welcome.
 
Mat Pilates: The Pilates method of body conditioning focuses on strengthening the core muscles while concentrating on mind/body communication. Pilates will tighten and tone muscles, while improving posture, balance and core strength.

Pilates Reformer: (EXTRA FEE) - Uses the same strengthening techniques while incorporating the Reformer to increase variety and difficulty.

Spin/30 Minute Spin: Spin is a great way to enjoy a vigorous workout. Enjoy riding to improve aerobic and muscular endurance. Squeeze a workout into your lunch break or between classes with 30 Min Spin! All fitness levels welcome.

Spin Challenge: (EXTRA FEE) - A progressive 1.5 hour class designed to increase endurance and build stamina on the spin bike. Learn how to push yourself while focusing on different workouts and challenges each week.

TRX: (EXTRA FEE) - Use the TRX Suspension Training System to increase strength and power. Train major muscle groups while focusing on core stability, explosive drills and body weight exercises.

Yoga: Incorporates mind/body concentration with low-impact strengthening. Decrease stress levels using relaxation techniques and breath while performing a variety of poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome.

Yoga II: For those with prior Yoga experience, Yoga II provides an intermediate approach to our Yoga class.

Core Yoga: Classic Yoga practice and poses with a focus on core conditioning.
