Human Resources Director

Position Type:  Full-time, full-year

Compensation:  $4640 - $6100/per month (includes 7% PAC)
(Placement in range dependent on experience. New employees are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range.)

Benefits:  PERS retirement, employer contributions to a Flex plan (i.e., a Section 125 cafeteria plan) of an additional $160 per month plus 7% of annual base pay from which elections may be made for health, dental, and vision insurance, medical and dependent care reimbursement accounts, supplemental insurance, or cash out; life and disability insurance; vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
