Steve Erwin, Assistant Director

I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1974.  I have a BA in Child Development from CSUC.  My past accomplishments include operating my own childcare center, Wee Care Day Care; Education/ Disability Coordinator for Glenn County Head Start and Shasta County Head Start and the Vice President of Professional Development for Kaplan Early Learning Company.  Currently I am the Assistant Director for the ASCDL and part-time faculty for the Child Development Department.  I am married with grown children and a number of grandchildren.  I have lived in Chico since 1977.
